Biography
Tatsuo Kobayashi is currently a principal economist of Japan Center for Economic Research (JCER).
After he joined Nikkei Inc. in 1989, he took his role with economics and science &technology as a journalist.
From 2008, as a principal economist in JCER, he leads policy research team and mid-term economic forecast team.
Mr. Kobayashi received a master's degree in Science and Technology from Waseda University in 1989.
He also received master of Business Administration from Boston University in 1996.
